Is annual review of your system necessary?

Annual review. Your insurer has stated in its terms and conditions that you “must” complete an annual review of your health and safety documentation. Is this a legal requirement and what would happen if you didn’t comply with their terms? Breaking terms and conditions. Whilst it is a legal requirement to hold valid employers’ liability insurance cover, there’s no legal requirement to complete an annual review.
